The Orman Guidance Research® Center

We provide one of the most thoroughly appointed market research facilities in the United States. Whether you're interviewing a group of boat owners or physicians, we will make your respondents feel right at home in one of our many flexible settings. Moderators appreciate our well-appointed conference and viewing areas that make clients and respondents alike feel relaxed and ready to contribute.

These facilities and services are available on rental basis for clients who wish to conduct their own research projects. Rentals may include facility, recruiting, hostess, notetaking, audio and videotaping, and other options.

Viewing Rooms

Our thoughtfully appointed viewing rooms provide comfortable seating for 12 - 25 clients. Volume control, DSL internet access and private client lounge/office areas all contribute toward a productive outcome on all your projects.

• Viewable, theatre-style for up to 50 respondents
• One-on-one (viewable or non-viewable)
• Living room style seating for up to 15

Session Suites

Comfortable, recently remodeled, professionally appointed. All suites are equipped with high-quality video and sound recording systems and dual audiotaping systems.

Technology Capabilities

The right tools really make the difference in getting the results you want. Our facility seamlessly incorporates technology in its functional design, so you'll have the tools you need to get the job done right.

Video Taping. We have state-of-the-art, dual audio taping with your choice of 30-120 minute cassettes. We offer ½" or ¾" stationary or studio video taping with operator and time code generator.

Adhoc Computer Networks. For usability tests, you can delegate equipment set-up to our helpful staff, if you wish. We understand the requirements, right down to the wire management! And it's all supported by our high-speed network for flawless execution.

Videoconferencing. Through FocusVision, we offer economical and expedient global videoconferencing. At Orman Guidance Research®, we have profound respect for the confidential nature of new products and prototypes. We understand that concepts, advertising and marketing strategies are highly confidential. Our staff is trained to observe the proprietary nature of these materials and our facility provides ample, locked storage areas to assure your security.
